Simply provide us with the necessary Doggy License information and a photo of the doggy.

You may either email an image of the doggy, or send us a hard copy photo. We'll take care of the scanning, cropping and sizing. Original photos will be returned to you unharmed, along with your Doggy License.

Meet Digital Dave and Penny!

The novelty California Doggy License was created by Digital Dave for Penny, his treasured Yellow Lab and Encore Video Services Mascott.

As you can see by her Doggy License above, Penny was born in April of 2003. She came to live with Dave when she was just a pup and has been by his side ever since.
