2. How much does Shipping & Handling cost?

   Shipping and Handling is 5% of your Subtotal, except for Item DL01 (Doggy License Image Only) - Shipping via email is free.

3. I am trying to use the Order by Postal Mail forms, but the totals are not being calculated. What's wrong?

   You must Allow Active Content in order for the calculation scripts to work. No scripts are running on this website that could harm your computer.

4. Do we have to pay tax on these items?

   California residents must pay sales tax.

5. Why doesn't PayPal ask for my Shipping Address?

   We don't want you to have to type your address more than once. We collect your Shipping Address along with your Doggy License Info in case your shipping address and doggy address are the same - then you only have to type it once.
