Two Ways to Order
Order Online
Use PayPal's secure server to pay by PayPal, Credit Card or Electronic Checking. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Order by Postal Mail
Print and complete two forms and follow the instructions provided. Pay by check or money order.
Regardless of which method you choose, you still have the option of emailing an image of your doggy or sending a photograph by postal mail.
Please complete orders for one Doggy at a time.
PayPal Shopping Cart Checkout will take place in a new window. Your Doggy License Info will be collected in the same new window upon completion of PayPal Shopping Cart Checkout.
Important: Be sure to "Click here to continue" upon completion of PayPal processing to complete your order.

When your keys are returned to Penny, we will mail them back to you free of charge. If you prefer to list your own address, order the Dog Tag instead.
